List Orders endpoint now shows related offer_ids correctly

We fixed an issue with the List Orders endpoint where related offer_ids were not listed correctly. The endpoint now shows the correct offer_id, if the order was converted from an offer. Otherwise it shows offer_id = null, if the order was not converted from an offer.
